Pawfits Return & Refund Policy

1. No Physical Returns Accepted
Due to our dropshipping model, we do not accept physical returns of products. All sales are final once the item is delivered.

2. Refund & Replacement for Damaged/Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at Pawfits.eu@gmail.com. We will provide:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- A free replacement shipped at no extra cost

Please include your order number and photos of the damaged/wrong item.

3. Non-Refundable Items
We cannot provide refunds for:
- Items damaged due to misuse by the customer
- Change of mind or customer preference after delivery  
- Items requested more than 30 days after delivery

4. Shipping Delays
As we ship from our global suppliers, delivery takes 7-21 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services. If your order is lost in transit, we will resend or refund at no cost.
